Marcus J. is a Digital Media Artist creating various subjects of mixed media that challenges the average minds to think beyond the surface. At the start of his professional career, Marcus created amateur videos in 2009 with the help of a point and shoot camera that taught him composition and the intention of framing angles to give interest to viewers. His sophomore year of high school in 2014 he submerged himself more in videography full time through commissioned work through small businesses and independent music artists. Marcus obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication in 2020 and thus leading into the development of Digital Monarch Studios media company in 2022. Marcus has produced and been apart of several media projects such as corporate marketing for elite clients, participated film festivals & music tours, and directed large cinema productions. Currently, Marcus is striving to expand his digital network, build community, and his production team to create storytelling films.
